This was my first time using an enema bucket and it's a pleasure to use, if I may say so :) and easy to clean. To clean, I run hot water through the tubing by filling the bucket part-way and lifting it up; then I hang the tube to dry. I wash out the bucket with soapy water and leave it on its side to dry. In about an hour I wipe any remaining droplets of water, coil the tubing and put it inside the bucket, then put it away until next use. I used up the colon catheters - it was my first time with those as well - and liked those too. I only used each of those once or twice (those I used twice I boiled for 10 minutes after first use). The one downside is that there's about a cup of liquid left at the bottom of the bucket once it runs out on its own (because the spout is not at the very bottom of the bucket), so you either have to waste a cup or lift the bucket above your head to get the last bits of the liquid, whereas that isn't necessary with an enema bag. All the same, I still much prefer the bucket.
Easy to use and to clean - superior to enema bags in those respects, in my opinion.

Do not use
Seriously terrible quality. The instruction book seemed to have water damage and there is rust on the bucket. I did not use because it doesn’t seem safe. Wish I’d read more recent reviews.
